Synapse requires its developers to present proof of regulatory filings and approval where applicable and a copy of its plan to comply with the letter and spirit of the housing non-discrimination laws of the United States, the individual states and those of other nations.

Synapse attempts to assist in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  Synapse Marketing Solutions, LLC is not a law firm nor is it qualified to give legal opinions.  Ultimately its clients have to rely on their existing legal counsel for definitive legal opinions and regulatory clearance.
